Yes, alcohol is available from our onsite bar to over 18s (please note this is an 18+ event). The bar stocks local beers & ciders, plus wine, spirits & mixers, and soft drinks. Please note that the bars are CASH ONLY
BAR OPENING TIMES
Bars will be open from 6pm on Friday and close at 2am on Saturday morning.
They will reopen at 12 noon on Saturday and close at 2am on Sunday morning.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH ALCOHOL I CAN BRING ONTO THE SITE?
You are permitted to bring alcohol for PERSONAL CONSUMPTION on to the site.
CAN I TAKE ALCOHOL INTO THE BARN & SALOON?
Yes, but no glassware is permitted inside the event spaces
WHAT ARE THE BAR PRICES?
You won't find any glitzy big event bar pricing here, just honest prices for locally sourced produce.
WHAT WILL THERE BE TO EAT?
At Fernhill Farm you'll find they pride themselves on good honest organic food taken to the next level. Most of the produce will come from the farm itself or nearby trusted suppliers. Expect the likes of pulled pork, burgers, hotdogs with all the trimmings. Food will be available throughout the event.
I'M VEGETARIAN / VEGAN - WILL THERE BE SOMETHING FOR ME TO EAT?
Absolutely yes. Fernhill Farm pride themselves on offering options for all diets and there will be a good selection available.
IS THERE A CASH MACHINE ON SITE?
There is no cash machine facility on site. The nearest facilities we would recommend are in Cheddar (Natwest, Lloyds, Sainsbury's)
IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO BUY ESSENTIALS (MILK, TOILET ROLL, ETC)?
There is no shop on site, so we suggest you pack the essentials. There are shops in nearby West Harptree and Blagdon, just minutes from the site.
CAN I BRING MY OWN SPEAKERS FOR THE CAMPSITE?
Only portable bluetooth speakers are allowed. No mains powered speaker equipment is permitted. Our stewards will stop by and politely let you know if the noise levels are excessive during non event hours.
WHAT IF I LOSE SOMETHING?
Please see one of our stewards. We will have a lost and found station that they will be able to check for you if we've been handed your item.
WHAT IF I FEEL ILL OR UNWELL?
Please see one of our stewards. We have an on site welfare officer and several qualified first aiders available.
WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE ON FRIDAY, AND WHEN WILL YOU KICK ME OUT ON SUNDAY?
Site access is available from 4pm on Friday 9th and the site must be vacated by 11am on Sunday 11th
CAN I LEAVE THE SITE & RETURN? E.G IF I WANT TO DRIVE TO A SHOP
Yes, once you have your wristband you can come and go. Out stewards will usher you through the ticketing zone if you already have your relevant wristband
CAN I LIGHT A CAMPFIRE?
FIRES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON SITE, other than the fire pits that will be in use around the chill out zone. There will be comprehensive fire safety equipment stationed around the site.
CAN I BRING CAMPSITE COOKING EQUIPMENT?
Charcoal and gas barbecues only to be used. All barbecues must be on a stand to prevent scorch marks on the grass. No disposable barbeques.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MAINS POWER TO CHARGE MY PHONE, RUN A LIGHT, ETC?
There is no mains power in the general camping field, so battery powered lights and usb power packs for phones are recommended. There will be phone charging stations set up at the cafe where you can leave your phone securely to get charged during event hours. Portable generators are not permitted.
HOW SHOULD I DISPOSE OF MY RUBBISH?
ALL rubbish should be placed in the recycling bins provided around the site that will be clearly labelled. Please help us respect this beautiful location by keeping it that way :)
ARE PETS ALLOWED ON SITE?
The venue is a working farm so strictly no dogs allowed on site
